Blockchain solves specific problems well: situations where multiple parties who don't fully trust each other need to share a record, where you need immutable provenance, or where you want to automate agreements without a central intermediary. If your use case doesn't fit those patterns, a well-architected traditional system is usually faster, cheaper, and easier to maintain.

Smart contracts are immutable once deployed, making security non-negotiable. Our process includes formal code review, automated testing with Hardhat and Foundry, manual audit of business logic, and where appropriate, third-party security audits before mainnet deployment. We will not deploy contracts to production that haven't been through rigorous review.

A public blockchain (like Ethereum) is open — anyone can read it, participate, and verify its history. A private or permissioned blockchain (like Hyperledger Fabric) restricts who can read and write to the network, controlled by defined participants. Private chains suit enterprises or known business partners. The right choice depends on who your participants are and what problem you're solving.

A focused smart contract system with a straightforward use case takes 6 to 10 weeks including testing and audit. A full tokenization platform with a Web3 frontend takes 3 to 5 months.
