8. Contact Form, Enquiries, and Relationship Exclusions

Any engagement with OpenEnvelope as a client or partner is strictly subject to the execution of a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or employment contract signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Website interactions do not bind OpenEnvelope to provide any services or enter into any business relationship.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, your access to the Site, and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its related rules and regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India, in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended from time to time). The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The language of the arbitration shall be English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Subject to the arbitration agreement, the courts located in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any legal actions or proceedings that may arise.

11. Changes to Terms

12. Severability
